Academic Counselling Session on Classroom Management and Teacher Experiences 05/10/2026

A comprehensive academic session on Classroom Management and First Term Experiences was conducted for teachers of Pre primary to Class X by Academic Counsellor Mr. P. Joseph Raju along with Principal Rev. Fr. K. Jaya Prathap. The session focused on maintaining discipline, enhancing student engagement, effective time management, and creating a positive learning environment. Teachers shared their Term-I experiences regarding classroom challenges, students' learning levels, behaviour, and interactions with parents. The Principal reviewed the overall academic progress of Term-I, appreciated the staff efforts, and emphasized child-centric and value-based teaching. Mr. P. Joseph Raju guided teachers on effective parent communication, bridging learning gaps, and providing emotional and academic support to students, stressing strong teacher-parent collaboration for holistic development. The session concluded with practical suggestions and action plans for Term-II.
